Frasers win

On behalf of Bruce Power, Penetangore President Rob Liddle presents the first place trophy for Grade 1 bands to Bill Livingston of the Scottish Lion 78th Fraser Highlanders for winning  at the Kincardine Scottish Festival in June 2008.
